Devo dizer que falho em tantas delas, tantas vezes.
Fácil dizer racionalmente que faço isto, não comparar, não querer saber da opinião dos outros, etc etc. Difícil é sentir isto emocionalmente ou detectar que o estou a fazer, respirar fundo e deixar os pensamentos irem à vida deles.
Pensamentos são só pensamentos, mas os que alimentamos tornam-se gigantes. E assim que eles crescem demora o dobro até voltarem a ficar pequenos outra vez.
