Food for thought

If you accept the unacceptable, either from not wanting to cause a scene, being dramatic or simply because you cannot hold your ground and communicate straightforwardly what the problem is (or don't know how to), then you are also to blame. It is also your fault.

Relationships are built, day by day. You can always do better.

Of course knowing you could have made it differently changes nothing. As the knowledge that, even if you did it differently, nothing would have really been different.

That's what therapy is for. You improve yourself, you meditate and reflect about yourself, you know you, you explain you and you feel 0 guilt about any possible mistakes. The "we are all humans kind of thing".

But please, please, whatever you do: Never accept the unacceptable. Or as in my case, never again.
